New Scroll bar is very sensitive to Apple's magic mouse. #154

VARS 1.5.0 is a major improvement with the stability of the listview as records are added/removed/edited. I appreciate the alternating colors to help my eyes match up the rows between each field. The physical scroll bar operates well, but the hover scroll seems to be extremely sensitive to my apple bluetooth "magic mouse." It kind of zooms around when I use the Mac mouse to scroll, although it performs better with a generic mouse scroll. All the field settings of the listview go back to default after restarting the program. It would be nice to keep a cache of the fields that were deselected, as it is a little cumbersome to deselect them every time. The concept name change bug seems to be less apparent as well. I'm not sure if that bug was fully fixed with the new listview functions, but I have my fingers crossed.
