Vars-Annotation 1.5.1 - Scroll Sensitivity Issue #166

Mahalo Brian for the new update! It's great, lots of bugs were fixed.

However, the scroll is highly sensitive. Just a small tap on the mouse would scroll up/down the list of annotations. I've resorted to just clicking the up/down arrows on the scroll bar to compensate for the sensitivity.
