Add ability to save framegrab from annotation ui #17

Video lab wants to be able to save framegrabs from annotation UI. Can either add a button on the tab next to the comobox that selects the displayed image OR and a menu or right click to the imageview window.

The Image window has a save button on it. You can click that or use meta+S to save. meta+W now closes the image window
