D733 HD1 and part of HD2 tape annotations by LAK merged with incorrect GMTs #181

There was a rezero event at the beginning of this dive's camlog; I adjusted cam log file start time (by adjusting dive start time) to remove rezero and then tried remerging these using Docker VARS X dive merge script but they still have incorrect GMTs from 14:16:00 to 15:58:00 (the dive started at 16:05:00). This subset of 83 annotations (attached below) will need to be remerged somehow to get them in correct depths etc with the rest of the annotations, see attached. kris

Note that the video start time stamp for these is: video_start_timestamp = 2015-03-23 15:03:02.0000000
