Video jumps when playing at high speeds #32

Video does not play smoothly at higher speeds (plays in chunks) or while fast-forwarding. No fine control of playback = slower annotation time and potential to miss objects. Can finer control be achieved?

I don't think we can do much about this. I believe this is more related to IO speeds and decoding speed than anything to do with the video player. This ain't tape.
