Add entire deployment preview #65

Sometimes the annotators like to see the entire deployments annotations while annotating. In the old VARS there was a bulk editor that allowed that. While the plan is to add the same bulk editor, in the interm maybe just opening a non-editable, preview pane to display all the annotations in a seperate window may be useful.

Added this. There's a grid button on the toolbar to display all annotations in the same video sequence. Data load is paged so as not to overwhelm the server. The window that is displayed will be disabled until all the annotations are loaded.
