1) Framegrabs have Venetian blind effect when annotating from Pro-res files 2) no fine control makes it difficult to select a good frame for a frame grab

Hoping #1 won't happen after we go to progressive (1080p). In the meantime, people should be informed that applying a de-interlace filter in Photoshop is advised.

Using finer control in shartopoda as a work around to #2; makes for slow annotation
