Make selection highlight more obvious #41

It is very difficult to track which observation(s) I have selected because the highlighting is so subtle. It would be useful to have this be much more obvious.

Will have to think through how to represent this better. Ideally, just changing the visual effect of the selection highlight will be the solution here.

Implemented in v0.8.0. The spacing between ROIs in the grid view is tighter, the selection highlight is larger, and the verified highlight is larger.
