beholder image quality

This may not be the appropriate place to capture this, but occasionally on-the-fly images in vars-gridview, which come from beholder (right?), are of poor quality and, occasionally, have color that is not close to the original video. Please see the attached image which shows a very green image in gridview on the right and the original video on the left.

First, I'm wondering why this color difference randomly occurs and whether it can be prevented? Second, while tackling this issue, would it be possible to improve the image quality of these grabs? Would generating these images in a different format or higher resolution (larger file size) improve the visual quality of the images.

Grabbing higher quality images might make even more sense when we think about caching them locally, since we would preserve them for a longer duration in that case.

I'll create an issue on the beholder repo, since gridview is just displaying its results. I'll double check that gridview isn't doing anything funny with the images beforehand... I'm not sure where the color difference could be coming from.

I believe this was created as part of Kris Walz's request to improve the image quality of grabs taken by beholder. Brian changed the settings to grab the highest quality jpg's.
