Duplicate IDs when several documents in one single page #3

Hi there,

First of all, thank you for this great plugin! the integration with pelican is very easy. I am using html5validator on the generated .html files as a post-build step and it reports duplicate IDs (errors) when I have more than one diagram in the same Markdown document. The problem disappears when there is only one diagram.

Do you know if there a way to prefix the ID of the generated svg or to postprocess those in order to replace the IDs?
