Tie? Tie??? #2

How come we have games with tie?

This specific bug is due to the fact that the log does not register the last flag scored, when it is on "Sudden Death" mode.

Well, it was another reason after all. Need to take care of dropped flags. Check out commit: e39fb4a7a468ffaf92ae7e61614f930a4fd7cf40
