Update README #701

Hi , There is a scope of improvement in the README file and I would like to update it. For eg, "VanishNoPacket Matt Baxter" to "VanishNoPacket -Matt Baxter" Please could you assign this issue to me.

@mbax Well i agree that the change is small but the error is grave for any reader. I wanted to point it out and contribute to the project that i loved . Sir, you can update that yourself if you want but I would request you to allow me to make changes and have my pull request merged since this is my first issue raised .

@mbax A good template being followed and the readme file having a .md extension would do good to your project since we can make it look attractive .

can you accept a pull request made to your project and help me contribute to a good project?? I have improvised on the readme to make it look attractive and updated the file format to the standard one

This isn't what contribution looks like. This is what hacktoberfest spam looks like, and I have marked #702 accordingly.
