Consider adding an on screen icon when vanished. #734

For one simple reason. vanish.nochat

This permission is forced upon users who are OP'd and may go weeks before realizing that messages they send out are not being seen at all. It took me 3 weeks to find out, my special case was that I used DiscordSRV so my discord users saw and responded to my messages but my Minecraft players whom asked me plenty of questions never saw my replies.

If you wish to forgo this then kindly move vanish.nochat to the config so that OP users dont just permenantly have their messages hidden.

To clarify why my description is relevant to the ticket name, I am in vanish 24/7 this is because of the no pickup and stuff so im not bothering / breaking my players while I meander around the world. I am in vanish so much I forget its on especially when all im doing is sitting in my minecraft office and messaging people / handling reports.
