(DIALCHAT) DialCHAT -- Just for Fun statistics command, "/JFF" causes crash #33

MAJORBBS.1040 is char *ul2as(unsigned long ulongin), converts an unsigned long to a string.

Implementation will be similar to MAJORBBS.377: char *l2as(long longin);
