Set up NoMachine for Cytoscape GUI #4

For Kennedy's project, he needs to have access to the Cytoscape GUI. One solution he has found is the use of the NoMachine. We can explore how we can set this up in the HPC.

The installation on the hpc had unresolved modules biana/evelyne. After installing the module the application failed to launch due to java exception. The application can be accessed graphically by

ssh -x @username.lims.icipe.org cytoscape&
