Non-square thumbnails #8

add thumbnailSize:transparentBorder:cornerRadius:interpolationQuality which can create non-square thumbnails

Apologies for leaving this open for so long! As you can guess, I no longer use this code in any of my current projects. It looks like this PR needs to be updated before it can be merged.
