Error::

NotImplementedError: cannot convert intrinsic call from raw AST: present(speciesScalar)

in file: (B) _source/physics/Hydro/HydroMain/unsplit/hy_uhdupwindTransverseFlux

A test case which uses this file is Sod problem. i.e. ./setup Sod -auto
