NPM Publishing #200

Hey there! I've had a lot of success using your decoder, but would love to keep up to date as any improvements are made. I saw that an issue was created previously asking for the code to be published to npm. Have you given it any more thought?

Would you be open to me making a pull request to add some tooling around publishing?

hi! its allways great to see people showing intrest in contributing. there was another person who tried to push the npm publishing a bit to much and went ahead and created a npm package under his own name not the friendliest approach but if it works ... you should probably figure out the status of that package. i would rather have an official broadway npm package so if you want to take that on then go ahead. would be nice to consulte me once more before actually making a new npm package
