generate backend does not report generation errors #2

Errors are logged to the de.itemis.mps.generate logger and end up in an idea.log file but not in STDERR. Accessing log files is problematic on CI agents, so it would be better if the errors were also reported to STDERR (while all the irrelevant initialization messages could be kept in the log).

I believe this should be fixed in the meantime.
