Add config options to store appUser and groupUser as self contained "log" entries. When enabled previous method of expressing assignment to and app or membership in a group (filling an array with members and injecting it onto the app or group "log" entries) is disabled. This behavior helps to address "log" size limitations that are encountered when large numbers of users are assigned to an app or members of a group.
