alert_actions_base.py missing from latest builds #27

the alert_actions_base.py that was provided by the AOB is missing in the latest releases of the add-on. This is preventing the custom alert actions from working.

Really need these actions back! We're trying to automate tasks and losing this feature in the latest update has pushed us back to doing things manually :(
