Using XML::LibXML for describe() #28

Sorry for my lateness, I didn’t notice that I didn’t send the pull request ^^ If I didn’t miss anything, describe() would be the only function using XML.

Not merging this because I don't want to increase the core dependencies by a lot. I do understand how the current XML solution is horrible though!
