clear PHP and template cache in postinst/prerm or wherever appropriate #175

Updating GOsa may result in broken icons and other problems if the PHP session cache and/or GOsa's template cache are not cleared. This should be done in the appropriate Debian script. The cache should also be cleared when the package is uninstalled/purged to not leave any cruft behind.

Responsible for doing stuff like this after installation is the script update-gosa.
