[Feature Request] Set UID and GID from environment variables. #29

In a manner similar to that used by the Linuxserver.io collection of images, it would be useful to be able to change the default UID and GID used by the container via environment variables.

@Jafner I just opened a pull request with this feature in the alpine version.
