additional avahi-daemon settings when running without --net=host to resolve duplicate name problems with Apple devices

Hey @mbentley, huge thank you for this Docker image!

Was trying it out recently on a Raspberry Pi and ran into issues with MacBooks reporting duplicate names. I believe I resolved it by disabling caching in avahi-daemon when reflection is enabled, thought it would be a good thing to add to the readme.
