This looks like a nice meta-analysis https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.07.29.21261282v2 estimating age-stratified IFR based on a hierarchical Bayesian model, using mostly the same data as in Levin et al. Their main focus is on estimating risks of severe diseases and of critical diseases, but they also estimate risk of death. Table 1 gives estimates for 10-year bands:

This could be nice to add, and possibly even into the "Age-stratified IFR applied to countries' population pyramids" section, as it appears to be the most recent and technically well done meta-analysis.
