Run Birmingham data through COMPASS #36

@iqbal-lab /hps/nobackup/research/zi/projects/tech_wars/data/birmingham/illumina/birmingham_illumina_samplesheet.csv (on noah) has the locations for the illumina data to be run through COMPASS. Can't remember whether it was Martin or Jeff who transferred them last time.

Also, I guess we should ask Fan if she has time to run them.

Data is in the same location as stated in #17
