Run Illumina data through pandora? #51

@iqbal-lab were you planning to also run the Illumina data through the pandora analysis, or just the nanopore?

No I wasn't for the paper. I suppose You might find it useful for debugging - If you find same errors in nanopore and illumina, it might suggest a prg issue. But anyway, basically no.
