Create sample resistance reference sheet #72

The current phenotype information we have is in a big Excel spreadsheet.
I need to pull our the culture-based DST info for each sample.
The schema for this sheet will be important for its use in analyses.

Done in 71aaf391e6447ed3bf828e40d20d58251c22dd03

I entered all culture-based DST and LPA (with the suffix -lpa) for mada and SA samples
