Streamformatics: virusDB long names #32

Fix how some names are being passed from speciesTyping.
Example: for Ebola, the species name comes through as Zaire ebolavirus isolate Ebola virus/H.sapiens-tc/COD/1976/Yambuku-Mayinga

Ebola seems to be the only species I've had this happen with so far. Not sure if it is just a virusDB thing or whether the same thing happens for some bacterial entries too @mdcao
