Added the snippet showing how to download the index on CLI and removed instructions for manually installing deps and tbpore from source, as it is not needed anymore.

@mbhall88 should we bump a new version for these minor changes or is it unnecessary?

It doesn't change the functionality of tbpore, so no need to update version
