Deleting multiple domains from Whitelist not possible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Options
2. Klick red "x" next to domain.
3. Klick "OK" on message box.
4. Klick red "x" next to next domain.
5. Nothing happens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Message box to be clicked, 2nd domain deleted from Whitelist.

It is impossible to delete a 2nd or 3rd domain. I have to hit "Save", close the 
options tab and reopen it. The I can delete *one* more domain. Then I have to 
hit "Save", close the tab an reopen ist to delete the next domain.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ScriptSafe 1.0.6.9, Chrome 23.0.1271.101, OS X 10.8.2

The same holds for modifying (not just deleting domains from!) the whitelist 
and blacklist on the Options screen, in Chrome 25.0.1364.5 dev-m on Windows 7.
