Hover on resources produces nothing #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
No idea, this just stopped working one day.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I hover mouse over any of the resources, the resources is highlighted but 
that is all. The pop-up showing details about the resource never appears.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ScriptSafe v1.0.6.13
SRWare Iron (Chrome with privacy concerns removed) 24.0.1350.0
Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
This has been happening for months so I don't know which version this started 
on or whether it happened after an upgrade or had some other trigger.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I have already tried reinstalling the ScriptSafe 
extension + a restart of Chrome with no effect.
