Allow all (or some) objects for one site (but keep them disabled for other sites) #228

I realize this might not be easy to implement,
but it would be nice to allow 3rd party web objects for one site,
but keep them disabled for others.

I was going to open an issue, but I think this idea could be extended. I found
a use case that blocking globally whitelisting on a URL could be very useful.

For example, hitting http://www.domain.com then http://ads.wibble.com is
blocked, hit http://www.domain.com/user1 then http://ads.wibble.com is
unblocked. Not sure how easy that is in the code base, but if you are looking
at whitelists per domain, I guess per URL isn't a large stretch from there.
