Chrome Extensions using Scripts to run on webpage are blocked

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using Lastpass extension
2. Using Pig Toolbar (Super Gestures) extension
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The functionalities of these extensions are fully blocked. Need to manually 
allow them to run. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ScriptNo v1.0.6.12
Google Chrome Version 31.0.1650.63

Please provide any additional information below.
Running extensions: Adblock Pro (EasyList, Easy Privacy), Vanilla Cookie 
Manager, Bitdefender TrafficLight, Xmarks, DoNotTrackMe, WindowNameEraser, 
Magic Actions for YouTube™, Lastpass & Pig Toolbar
