Per domain exceptions

I really appreciate your work on script safe, its a great extension and I've 
been using it since Steve Gibson discussed it first on Security Now.

I have one suggestion that would could really help quite a few people. Any 
chance of per domain/site exceptions?

For example go to twitch.com, to get adverts to work in the video you need to 
allow doubleclick. I would like to disable doubleclick everywhere, but allow 
specific sites as exceptions without having to enable, refresh the page, then 
disable when finished.

I'm unsure how difficult that would be with the current codebase, but it would 
be very useful and allow people to stay safe online and support their favourite 
websites easier.

I know this may fall into adblock type areas, but I would rather not have to 
add an additional extension and add confusion regarding which extension is 
blocking any particular js.

Same as issue 123. I support this too, but if even NoScript is unable to do it, 
I doubt ScriptSafe will :(
