Cannot whitelist 127.0.0.1 while using Block Unwanted Content option. #270

I'm on ScriptSafe v1.0.6.18 and I want to whitelist the IP 127.0.0.1 because a 
program I use acts as a web relay and it opens browser tabs to that IP. 
However, ScriptSafe won't allow me to whitelist the IP.

Is the specific message given. I don't want to remove that mode in general, I 
just want to whitelist the one IP.

Now, yes, I can change the address from "127.0.0.1" to "localhost" and things 
work fine, but really I shouldn't have to do that. I should be able to just 
whitelist the IP and have it work.
