Request for Improvement!! #276

PLEASE add a feature that will allow one to hover the mouse over (or click on) 
a feature on a page that is disabled by ScriptNo and have ScriptNo (ScriptSafe) 
declare which Resource needs to be allowed to enable it. Sometimes it takes a 
long time enabling different irrelevant Resources before one finally enables 
the correct one for a feature that one Wants. Its a pain in the as_s and 
potentially one could enable something that shouldnt be enabled.
