html5 print doesn't show annotations #378

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add annotations.
2. Print the document (I tried printing All, Current Page and a specific page).
3. The pdf document is printed but not the annotations.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to see the pdf document with annotations on the printed page but 
only the see the pdf document.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using FlexPaper version 2.1.1, Annotations 1.0.50. I've tested this in 
Firefox 17.0 in Chrome 26.0.1410.64 m, running on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
