"Show Annotations" button show/hide #392

I am using the flexpaper annotations.Here I want to show  the" Show 
Annotations" option to be "off" by default.As for now the button "Show 
Annotations" is always "ON",after clicking ,it hides/unhides the marks of 
document.I want it to be set to "OFF" by -default.

Kindly help in this as it is required by client.Will be thankful for your kind 
support.
