Remove git clone from Ansible

After deployments are using downloaded artifacts, there is no need to git clone in Ansible.

• [x] Remove git clone
• [x] Remove private deployment ssh key from vault
• [x] Delete deployment ssh key on GitHub
• [x] Add task to copy settings files somewhere.
