1 degree x 1 degree graticule and source units #622

I want to create a 1x1 graticule, but

  1. graticule does not support that
  2. grid requires source units and there is no documentation on how the hell to find source units

I removed the restriction on graticule interval size, if you use the newest version (v0.6.62), you should be able to make a 1x1 graticule.
