  1. made minor changes to the wording in the tutorial to be more consistent with the manuscript in terms of "confounding" and "bias"
  2. Added color to figure showing the difference between Wc and Wc_usable to match the graphical overview
  3. Added a visualization of the relationship between W_c and Y in the population sample
  4. Changed colors in the comparison of the true, naive, and DRTMLE ASD-TD differences to a) match the graphical overview and b) use a color palette that's more accessible
