Need a way to have both URL and title copied at the same time.

Copying as HTML link is another good option.

I would like to have this as well.

ideally we should have a keyboard shortcut that works on multiple tabs. There are extensions but those need to default tab bar to work. Interesting that Tree style tab, has multiple tab handler and other related extensions to help with multiple selection actions. Though it doesn't support shortcuts either.

You can achieve this with Sidebery. Go to Sidebery settings -> Tabs section and enable "Highlight native tabs... " option. After this, tabs selected in sidebery will also be selected in the native tab-bar.

As for the feature, it's planned (Markdown, HTML links + custom template).

Until Sidebery adds this feature it is possible to use the Copy Selected Tabs to Clipboard extension to copy tabs as different formats.

Since version 1.6 (changelog) it also supports using tree data from extension other than Tree Style Tab to indent child tabs: [Feature Request] Support addons similar to Tree Style Tab by reading the openerTabId · Issue #45 · piroor/copy-selected-tabs-to-clipboard.
