New Tab Positioning Issue #1380

Open kifdeb opened 9 months ago

kifdeb commented 9 months ago

Hi, I'm new to Sidebery and Github, and I need help figuring out what the problem is with my Sidebery settings.

The Sidebery Firefox extension unexpectedly moved my new tab from its last position (set as 'Panel End' in the options) to beside the active tab. Initially, the new tab opened at the bottom but suddenly always shifted next to the active tab.

Is this a bug or a setting problem?

Works for me if I press Ctrl+T it creates a new Tab at the end of the Panel and not as a child of the Active tab

This is my settings:

Are you not perhaps using the SideBerry button to open a new tab image

In that case change the setting from "Open in new child tab" to the other option

Could it be some enabled addon that also changes position of tabs? Try to reproduce this issue with other addons disabled.
