Capital letter Umlauts being stripped of dots in sites' titles #333

Steps to reproduce

Visit an URL with a capital letter Ö, Ä or Ü in <title> of the site.

Examples: https://geizhals.at/ https://oegfa.at/ https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%C3%84sthetik https://www.duden.de/rechtschreibung/Aesthetik https://www.deepl.com/translator?il=de

Expected behavior

Umlauts displayed as Ö, Ä, Ü.

Actual behavior

Ö is being stripped out the dots, being diplayed as O, an Ä -> A, an Ü -> U It seems only the capital letters are being affected.

The dots of the letters are actually there (seen in the screenshot over Ä or Ü), but only partially, so maybe it's just a line height issue. Changing font size in addon's setting (xxs-xxl) doesn't correct the issue.

Hmm, maybe it affects a retina (double dpi) screens or macOS rendering only? On my Ubuntu machine with 150% dpi I also cannot reproduce it.
