Add support for editing channel group configuration in YAML #42

The memory layout for channel group configuration is described here: https://johannessen.github.io/hx870/#channel-group-def. According to https://pc5e.nl/info/standard-horizon-hx890e-marine-handheld, the layout is the same for HX890.

I've tested this with DAT files and on an HX890 device, seems to work.
