Directory order does not look the same as device order #60

Currently when editing directory entries with HxSync, they are ordered according to the locale. This places underscore (_) above alphabet characters.

When editing directory entries on the device, underscore seems to be ranked differently.

HxSync ordering should match the device ordering.
