Thank you very much for this amazing plugin.

We are currently posting on a team's channel an update with the latest distributed version of our apps plus the change-log.

Is there any way to post clickable links to web pages too?

It seems it should be possible if you look at the documentation for Message Card.

It should be something as simple as using MarkDown [Microsoft](https://www.microsoft.com)

It might be time for a addition to this so that you can input the entire structure of a Message Card to the action.

I've created a new fastlane-teams_card plugin, as this repository hasn't been updated in a long time. This new plugin utilizes the recommended Workflows app (rather than the now-retired Office connectors as mentioned here) and offers the ability to add an image and a URL.
