Display an aggregated specimen count at the bottom of the Loan Material tab

Each piece of loan material can have a number of specimens associated with it. 
When material is returned, sometimes material is only partially returned. The 
number of specimens should be updated to reflect the number of specimens still 
on loan, and a total of all specimens, across all material for the loan, should 
be displayed in the lower right of the Loan Material control. This number 
should also be available for use by loan templates

The total specimen count is available to loan form templates via the 
placeholder:

<<TotalSpecimenCount>>
